8 years of professional experience as a Game Designer and other roles. Currentlky working as a Game Director in Odders Lab.

I have founded and managed my own company (Campero Games - 2017), worked on dozens of projects, and undertaken tasks in virtually all areas of design: gameplay, game economy, levels, UX, monetization, analytics, balancing, etc. I have worked both independently and as the leader of the design department. I have worked on internal projects and for major industry players (Voodoo, Lion Studios, Team17, Zeptolab, Homa Games, LaLiga, The Game Kitchen, Keplerians). I am seeking a change and new challenges to continue improving and expanding my horizons.

🟠 My biggest project

I have worked on many video games, but undoubtedly my biggest project to date is Campero Games. In 2017, we founded the company (along with 2 other partners). During the 6 years that Campero Games remained active, in addition to my full-time work as a designer, I learned firsthand the ins and outs of the industry. We had to seek funding, budget for countless projects, pitch to major publishers, travel to big conventions for networking, manage projects and talent, essentially everything it takes to keep a company afloat.

Campero Games started with 3 employees and, at its peak, had a team of 25 industry professionals. Without a doubt, my biggest lesson in these years has been people management and trying to make Campero a home for all of them.
